Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery time is typically 5–12 business days depending on your location.
Q: Do you provide tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, processing may have already begun and we cannot guarantee changes.

Q: Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
A: Tracking numbers can take a few days to activate after shipment. If it has been more than 5 business days without updates, please contact us.
Q: What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
