REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
At CoreCart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or final sale reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
CoreCart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure at the time of delivery.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team for assistance.
